How it works:
Iron Pig Award
1. Prepare a dish based on the theme for the cook-off.
2. Present one small plated dish at the registration table for the judges to taste.
3. Judges will determine a winner based on taste, presentation, and originality.
People's Choice Award
1. Prepare a dish based on the theme for the cook-off.
2. Present the dish at the registration table.
3. Your dish will be given a number and placed on the tasting table.
4. Taste each entry.*
5. Vote for your favorite dish through the anonymous ballot. (You can't vote for your own dish. Official rules are printed on each ballot.)
6. The person with the most votes wins.
